Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services, tools, and content provided by Fusion Bots, including but not limited to our PDF Converter, Document Translator, Image to PDF Maker, and all other utility software and applications (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems or networks.

2.3 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content and integrity of the files you upload and process using our online document management tools. You must ensure that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and process the files.

3. File Processing, Security, and Privacy

3.1 Data Handling and Security

We are committed to providing secure file conversion and processing. Fusion Bots does not claim ownership of any files you upload to our Service. We implement industry-standard security measures, and files are generally automatically deleted from our servers shortly after processing (or a specific time period) to protect your privacy. 3.2 Disclaimer on Content

Fusion Bots does not review, monitor, or endorse the content of the files processed by the Service. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of the content you process using our secure PDF tools or any other utility.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content (excluding user-submitted files), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Fusion Bots and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Fusion Bots.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Fusion Bots makes no warranties or representations of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, regarding the Service, including but not limited to the availability, reliability, or accuracy of any free PDF tools or online document translation functions.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
  • The results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be effective, reliable, or accurate.
  • Any errors or defects in the Service will be corrected.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Fusion Bots, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
  • Any content obtained from the Service.
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your files or transmissions.

This limitation of liability is comprehensive and applies to all damages of any kind.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Fusion Bots and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; or b) a breach of these Terms.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in India.
